Welcome to QR.Observer. By using our service, website, and platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR.Observer, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances shall QR.Observer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if QR.Observer or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all associated costs.

3. Description of Service

QR.Observer provides a Managed QR code platform. Key features include:

  • Creation and management of QR codes that can be updated anytime.
  • Collection of feedback, analytics, and reports from QR scans.
  • Dashboard access to manage behavior of your QR codes.

The Service includes Free, Lifetime Access, and future Business/Enterprise plans. Features and limits vary by plan.

4. Free Plan

  • The Free plan is limited to one brand and a handful of QR codes.
  • Free plan users may upgrade to paid plans for additional features or unlimited QR codes.
  • The Free plan is provided “as-is” and may be discontinued or changed at our discretion.

5. Lifetime Access Plan

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase for access to unlimited managed QR codes and the full feature set.

  • Lifetime Access is available only for a limited time before the full launch of QR.Observer.
  • Lifetime Access is valid for the lifetime of the service, not the individual user’s lifetime.
  • Enterprise-only features or future add-ons may not be included.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring QR codes you publish do not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Using QR codes responsibly in physical and digital spaces.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, duplicate, or misuse the Service.
  • Use QR codes for unlawful, harmful, or spam purposes.

7. QR Code Management

  • QR codes created via QR.Observer are Managed QR codes.
  • Managed QR codes can be updated anytime through your dashboard.
  • QR codes printed outside the Service (unmanaged) may not function and QR.Observer is not responsible for broken or misdirected codes.

8. Data and Analytics

  • QR.Observer collects scan data, feedback, and analytics from QR codes.
  • Data is provided for your use via the dashboard and may be anonymized for reporting.
  • You agree that QR.Observer may use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement.

9. Payments and Refunds

  • Free plan: No payment required.
  • Lifetime Access: One-time payment at checkout. No recurring fees.
  • Refunds are not available unless required by law or explicitly stated.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
  • Misuse Managed QR codes.

You may terminate your account at any time, but QR codes already deployed may continue to function based on your plan.

11. Limitation of Liability

QR.Observer is provided “as-is”.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, broken links, or lost data.
  • Managed QR codes are offered as a convenience — users must comply with legal and safety obligations when publishing them.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and software are owned by QR.Observer or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property without explicit permission.

13. Changes to Terms

  • QR.Observer may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QR.Observer operates.
